Privacy policy
Last updated: 8 October 2026 · Русская версия
In short: this site has no analytics, no advertising and no tracking cookies. I only see personal data you choose to send me, I use it to reply and to do the work you ask for, and I don't sell or share it for marketing.
Who is responsible for your data
Skein is the practice of Oksana Khaidenko, based in Montenegro. I am responsible for the personal data described here. You can reach me at hello@skeinpro.com.
What happens when you visit the site
- No analytics or tracking. The pages don't use analytics or advertising tools.
- One necessary cookie on the demos. When you enter the demo password, the site sets a session cookie so it remembers that you have access. It is deleted when you close the browser and is not used for anything else.
- Server logs. Like any website, the hosting server records technical data about requests: IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. My hosting provider keeps these logs to run the server and protect it from abuse.
- Fonts. The pages load fonts from Google Fonts. To deliver them, your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address.
- Demos. The demo systems on this site use synthetic data. They don't contain real clients, parents, children or staff, and nothing you type into them is saved or sent. Access is by password, which I send on request.
When you contact me
If you email me or send one of the request forms (for a Business Systems Blueprint or for demo access), your answers are emailed to me. I receive what you write: usually your name, email address, business name and a description of your process. I use it to reply, to prepare a proposal and to keep a record of our conversation. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract, and my legitimate interest in answering enquiries.
When we work together
For a Business Systems Blueprint or an implementation project you may share screen recordings, voice notes, documents or exports. These can contain personal data of your clients or staff. I use that material only for your project, keep it confidential and don't use it for anything else. When the project ends, I delete it or hand it back, unless you ask me in writing to keep it for follow-up work.
Before you send material, please share only what is needed to understand the process. Where possible, blur or remove details that aren't needed.
Who else processes the data
- Namecheap hosts this website and the mail server for skeinpro.com.
- Proton provides the mailbox where emails to hello@skeinpro.com arrive.
- Google serves the fonts used on these pages.
Any other tools used on a client project are agreed with you in writing before the work starts. Some of these providers may process data outside your country; where that happens, they rely on the safeguards required by data protection law.
How long I keep data
I keep correspondence and enquiry details for up to two years after our last contact, so I can follow up on our conversation. Invoices and contracts are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Project materials are handled as described above.
Your rights
You can ask me to show you the personal data I hold about you, correct it, delete it, limit how I use it, object to its use, or send it to you in a portable format. Write to hello@skeinpro.com and I'll reply within one month. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority in your country.
Changes
If this policy changes, I'll update it on this page and change the date at the top.
